I’ll be honest, I usually stick with a different brand for this kind of thing, so I was a little hesitant to try this one. But the documents came out accurate and everything matched up just fine, so I can’t really complain

"Pricing was kind of confusing"
I mean, overall, I just felt like the pricing wasn’t really that clear. Like, I had to look around a bit and still wasn’t totally sure what I was actually going to pay, which was kind of frustrating.

"Support wasn’t bad, just kinda slow"
I can’t say Corpnet didn’t help me, because they did get back to me and the answer was useful once it came through. It just took longer than I thought it would, and I had to follow up once before hearing back. It wasn’t a bad experience or nothing, but I do think their customer service could be a bit quicker. Overall, average.

"Misleading wording and slow support"
This wasn’t great for me. The wording around the fees made it sound a lot more straightforward than it actually was, and I felt kind of misled once I saw what I was being charged. On top of that, support took way too long to get back to me, which just made the whole experience more frustrating.

"Good registered agent service, maybe a bit pricey??"
I used CorpNet as the registered agent for my LLC, the whole setup was simple. They sent me the notices when I needed them, and there wasn’t anything confusing or overly complicated, which I definitely appreciated??

The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is that the price feels a little on the high side, and one email response took about a day. Not a huge deal, but still worth mentioning. Overall though, it’s a solid service and I’d probably use them again.

I used this to get my LLC set up and it was quick overall. I was a little confused at first, mostly just figuring out where everything was, but once I got going it was simple enough. For something I was kind of putting off because I thought it would be a whole thing..

"Keeps my compliance stuff in order"
I hate how much effort compliance takes, but this helped me keep everything on track without having to constantly chase things down myself. It’s still not the most exciting part of my job, but at least I feel more organized now...

"Filing Was Faster Than Expected"
I used corpnet for my filing, it went through a lot quicker than I thought it would. You don’t have to sit there wondering what’s going on or keep checking every day, which was really nice. The updates were easy to follow, and before I knew it, everything was wrapped up. I was really happy with how fast the whole process was
